Sands Realty Group lacks integrity, quality and attention to detail when building homes. My original move in date was 6-8 months after my deposit. I couldn’t move in until 18 months after my deposit. Interest rates increased from 3.5% to 7.5% adding $530 a month to my monthly mortgage payment resulting in almost $200K added to the life of my loan.
