I don't live here, but I know a couple that has for quite a while and if you’re considering moving into Sands, don’t. Just don’t. The landlord clearly doesn’t give a single crap about the people living here—tenants are treated like dollar signs, not human beings. Instead of creating a safe, livable space for the folks who actually live here, the priority seems to be cramming in new tenants as fast and cheap as possible.
