Dr Sandrock was great but I assume it's the office staff that isn't so great on getting back to my VM's

Saw Dr. Sandrock today about my complaints of pain. Dr. Sandrock showed me my x-rays and explained the meaning. Listened to my concerns and provided me options to manage results of findings and my goals. Dr. was very professional and showed patience with my questions.

I called his office to schedule an appointment due to a shoulder injury and left a message on their voicemail, however, never received a callback.

Average experience, good results. The end result of my hip replacement was good. It feels solid and stable. However, my experience with the office staff was poor. I was having some pain, called the office, and they never called me back. Dr. Sandrock is a nice man, but does not offer any information/advice unless you specifically ask the question. He did answer every question I asked, though. It was frustrating trying to get information when I really didn't know what to ask. I was told to "read the book".

Dr. Sandrock has completed bilateral knee replacements for me. Both surgeries were successful with full recovery! He is always professional, compassionate and thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Sandrock! His office, staff and associates are friendly and helpful.

I took my elderly mom to schedule knee surgery. We waited for 2 hrs. No acknowledgement or apology from staff or Dr. Sandrock. As we were leaving, we went to check out and stood there in front of an empty office. Finally someone came by and said that the whole office staff already left for day. If you like to be treated like cattle, this is the place to go.

I could not have had a better surgeon for my hip replacement on January 5, 2016. I moved to this area three months ago and chose Dr, Sandrock after reading his reviews on the internet. I am seventy-four years old and have never experienced a physician as caring and dedicated as Dr. Sandrock. I spent two weeks including rehab at Geneyses and he came to see me almost every single day. That is rare in today's medical profession. I will let others know about my experience.
