Did a mediocre job and left it undone. Carlos said they would come back the following week to fix their job yet never came back and everyday he ignored my messages. I had to call him and he kept assuring me he would return. In our last phone call, he was very unprofessional, saying he had the necessary equipment but at the same time, saying he did not have it. Kept saying he would come that day but did not. Bad job. Very unfortunate.
