Special shout out to Julie and Dylan who are both thorough sonographers. Julie allowed us to take many photos of the sonograpjy images and even went the extra mile of advising we can have the images saved in a cd! We really appreciated her thoughtfulness. The reception team are quick and prompt to schedule appointments too!

They are fantastic. Always take great care of my 84 yo mum who has very limited mobility and a low English speaker. There were couple of incidences where other carers had to drop her in: radiology girls helped her to undress, change into gown, put her shoes on etc — which isn’t a part of their job, but as hospital staff they are always happy to assist. Worst admin ever. Waste of time Can’t book an appointment for a simple ultrasound. Have to go through a “preferred “ process that is run by the office manager ! You have to send the referral first and then wait for them to approve the referral and then you can book an appointment! Waste of time However, even when you send a referral it is hard for the admin staff to check their inbox. Their system is against people with kids!
