Really disappointing experience with Dr Tavanaei.After explaining my symptoms, I was asked what I wanted to do about it, which was frustrating considering I was there seeking professional guidance. My injuries weren’t examined, my results had been lost, and when I asked for another referral, I was told “you’re confusing me darling,” which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I left feeling unheard and with no confidence in the care I received.
