From the fantastic customer service, to the impeccably crafted pastries and wonderful atmosphere I cannot rate this place enough! We have visited 3 time in 5 days and I am so sad they don't have one in Calgary (and the UK for my friend visiting! Haha) The staff are so considerate, when the lovely lady found out we were on a roadtrip, she tapped the individual items to the bottom of the box to avoid them sliding and being ruined!! Frozen pastries for exuberant price. Not worth it at all. Can taste the freezer on the macarons and got half thawed ones. Absolutely horrible. Would not reccomend. Also had flies in display case. Dishes left outside on the patio for the birds to get into.
Perhaps I should have gotten something else, But the croissant tomato and cheese sandwich was not very good, including a dry croissant, small slice of cheese, tomato and lettuce all for almost $12

Wow! Just Wow! Spotted Sandrine’s on our way to a chain coffee shop while in Kelowna for the weekend. We were across the street spotted their pink sign and thought why not! We love trying new places. Service was great and our coffee and pastries (caramelized mushroom onion tart and Tiramisu New York Roll) Delicious!! Thank you Sandrine for a very memorable breakfast. We will be back next time we are in Kelowna.
