Gosh those reviews are not at all what I experience with Dr Vernon. She listened - I had a complex issue with insulin and other meds that I hope she’d resolve. It would have been easy, expected actually, to hear her say let’s just live with it for a while. She dug right in, researched it in front of me, came up with a solution that is a better mix AND save me several hundred a month. I love her to pieces!

I visited this office about a year ago. My appointment was for 6:30 am. I was seen at after 7 ish. First and foremost, I’m terrified of going to the doctor and this experience DID NOT help at all. When Dr. Vernon came into the room, she asked what brought me in today, in a very nonchalant tone, while looking at the computer screen where her assistant or whoever she was, was sitting. Dr. Vernon is amazing. She listened to all of my concerns and addressed each of them. I didn’t feel rushed. She took her time, asked questions, and prescribed appropriate tests and treatments. I haven’t had any issues with the office employees. I recommended her to several friends.

I seriously implore everyone to stay as far away from this practice as possible. They are complete idiots. They never answer their phone and they can't even submit a simple referral correctly when they are provided the name of the practice the fax number and the address of the facility for the referral to be sent. This is by far the worst doctor's office I have ever dealt with and I am leaving them immediately. Stay as far away from this practice as possible!!
