Very RUDE customer service that answers the phones, then the tech that showed up was just as bad! Dont recommend. Roto Rooter was better. *reply** No I do not have wrong company. Called looking for information and lady was rude. They bought out another company and said warranties and what not do not exist. No compassion for people.
