Had these people clean our house that had filthy tennants in it before taking back ownership... Had explained before their arrival how bad it was. Was quoted $200, upon arrival it went to $250, which we were fine with, but its like they didn't try very hard, as we are now having to RECLEAN it ourselves, and it's actually becoming clean... It's bad enough we have had to live in a motel the last 3 weeks to do remodeling, now to finally be able to live here, we are having to do all this work to even take a shower..
