This is the shop I have been going to since my childhood. The ladies are amazing there and I always feel welcomed. The owner is a kind woman and super cute. I always leave satisfied with my hair and I am supper appreciative of the patience they have since my hair is long and extremely thick. I recommend this place to anyone.
Alfa was over an hour late, which I could maybe forgive if I had a pleasant experience in her chair but I did not. She was pleasant and decent at conversation but toward the end of the cut, I was visibly not pleased and when I expressed my concerns that I wanted my layers more blended. She immediately got defensive and blamed the picture I showed her and the texture of my hair.
