I met Sandra over 20 years ago, it was her last day in a shop in the old El Portal shopping center. I loved that she had cut my hair correctly and she gave me her new card for her place in San Pablo. So my family and I went to her for years in San Pablo until she moved her shop to Richmond. We are ALL still going her to this day. I love that she does what I ask her to do with my hair, not what she thinks i need.
