I had to see Sandra Thornhill because the real doctor wasn't available even though I had an appointment with him. First time I'd ever been to this office so I don't know if that's common or not. She was shockingly condescending and hostile immediately upon entering the exam room. She looked at one scan, told me there was nothing wrong with me, and asked what test will I ask for next now that I've been told there's nothing wrong with me. WTH. Terrible University Hospital employee, bad Bed Side Manor, awful patient speaking skills and very high on her own opinions. Did not listen to the patient in any way, talked over them as well as diminishing their symptoms and pain. I would not advise anyone with options see this person, I wouldn't dignify them with the Dr. moniker as their demeanor doesn't deserve.

I had read the negative reviews and was not even sure I wanted to keep my appointment with Sandra Thornhill but I am glad I did. She introduced herself, asked me what I was in for, took a look at me and answered my many questions I asked and took the time I needed to make me feel comfortable about my situation. I'm not saying others are lying about how they feel but my experience was very pleasant. I didn't hear what I wanted to hear (need surgery) but she was very helpful seemed knowledgeable.

I saw Ms. Thornhill on 1/15/2024 @ 8:30 am Ms. Thornhill, spoke down to me telling me there was nothing wrong with me. She excused herself to look @ the CT scan that I had done on 1/112024. She came back yelling @ me saying that she was under the impression this was a new herina I told her no this is an old herina repair . She proceeded to say nothing was wrong with me & that they are surgeons you need pain management . She came back wih a referral to Dr. Ryan.
