Was very helpful
I had a new patient video appointment with Dr. Foo. I had had the appointment for quite some time. A few minutes after my appointment was to start, her office called to tell me she would be late. I asked "how late?" and was told, "just late." I waited online for over 30 minutes before I finally had to go back to work. Her office never reached out to reschedule. If I don't show up for an appointment I'm charged for it, but apparently doctors are able to get away with it. A total disappointment and a total waste of time.
Dr Foo is the best overall Dr I have ever had . She actually listens and spends time with you answering your questions…and I ask a lot of questions. She is also kind and unbelievably knowledgeable in what she does. She has done deep dives into my health to get answers, and I love her for that. I trust her completely and I will be with her as long as she is practicing. If you need an endocrinologist look now further, you won’t find better.
