I have been a patient of OX orthodontics for over 10 years now. I have come back over the years for various different treatments and they are always extremely professional and well priced. Ashley in particular is wonderful and always answers any questions I may have. I highly recommend OX orthodontics to anyone who is looking for a high-quality Orthodontist.
My review is not about the orthodontist, but rather their office management. They have two locations that alternate being open, but this was never communicated to us. I went to one location during normal business hours three times to pick up my child's braces, but it was always closed. I tried calling the numbers posted on the door, but they only led to voicemail, which said the office would be open the next day at 8 a.m. On my third attempt during the regular working hours, the door was closed as usual. My daughters teeth are looking amazing! We are super happy with the results, friendly staff and very clean environment.
