It has been a challenging experience from lack of communication. Lack of pre planning. Having to chase for information. Would not recommend
I have been a patient of OX orthodontics for over 10 years now. I have come back over the years for various different treatments and they are always extremely professional and well priced. Ashley in particular is wonderful and always answers any questions I may have. I highly recommend OX orthodontics to anyone who is looking for a high-quality Orthodontist.
My review is not about the orthodontist, but rather their office management. They have two locations that alternate being open, but this was never communicated to us. I went to one location during normal business hours three times to pick up my child's braces, but it was always closed. I tried calling the numbers posted on the door, but they only led to voicemail, which said the office would be open the next day at 8 a.m. On my third attempt during the regular working hours, the door was closed as usual.
