I don’t know how she could possibly have gotten anything less than 5 stars. I was having very serious issues when I finally asked my dad for help. I had had a head injury and was trying to rough it out. My dad found Dr. Carusa, and through meetings in her office, Skype sessions, and following everything she said to follow, I am far and beyond at the absolute healthiest mental state I have ever been. Save your time and find someone else. This woman does not have an empathetic bone in her body. All she cares about is money. Would never recommend her to anyone.

If I could rate a negative star I would. Never seen such a lack of empathy and understanding in a so-called "therapist". Save yourself some time and go to someone more reputable, experienced and less blatantly money-hungry!
