Its been 3 months trying to get appointment no call backs nothing. this has to be the most unprofessional place i have ever dealt with.should be closed down since sandra cant do her job
Service is just Terrible and rude they don’t even care about you or what’s going on . I do not recommend ever coming here.
My referral was sent here feb 1st. I had a suspected pituitary tumor and I was scared so I kept calling. They never answered the phone and never called me back so I had to go in person and give them a copy of the referral. They put it at the bottom of the stack and said it would be a couple months. I asked if they could at least order me an mri so I could have it for my appointment when I got one. They said they couldn’t do mri referrals. Saw her today for the first time. Very pleasant and thorough Doctor. On time for appt and did not rush through our time. Made sure all questions were answered. I give her 5 stars!
I went to Dr. Rubio for 2 years. My thyroid did not get stable. I requested my blood be drawn every 4 weeks until my thyroid was stable. I was told no it has to be every 6 weeks. Now I see an endocrinologist who said that's a simple request and customary. Even Google suggests every 4 weeks until the thyroid stablized.
