My referral was sent here feb 1st. I had a suspected pituitary tumor and I was scared so I kept calling. They never answered the phone and never called me back so I had to go in person and give them a copy of the referral. They put it at the bottom of the stack and said it would be a couple months. I asked if they could at least order me an mri so I could have it for my appointment when I got one. They said they couldn’t do mri referrals. Saw her today for the first time. Very pleasant and thorough Doctor. On time for appt and did not rush through our time. Made sure all questions were answered. I give her 5 stars!
I went to Dr. Rubio for 2 years. My thyroid did not get stable. I requested my blood be drawn every 4 weeks until my thyroid was stable. I was told no it has to be every 6 weeks. Now I see an endocrinologist who said that's a simple request and customary. Even Google suggests every 4 weeks until the thyroid stablized.
Very understanding she listens seems like a very good Dr. I will stay with her thank you for understanding not very many Dr's understand thyroid issues
I am so pleased with Dr. Rubio. She takes her time with me, listens to my questions and explains health needs and sets up a plan to accomplish it. She is very pleasant and patient and the staff is very friendly. I am so glad I found her.
