Sandra is wonderful to work with. She is easy to talk to, listens thoroughly and is prepared to help via various modalities. She has dealt with a number of situations in her own life that allow her to truly empathize with her clients and that in turn provides a better level of connection with them. Should the need arise again when I require some help, Sandra is who I'm calling, no question.

Sandra is phenomenal! Doing therapy was probably the best decision I have taken for my metal health. She has helped me understand my emotions and has taught me how to properly regulate them. My wife and I cannot begin to express how incredibly grateful we are for the guidance and support we received from Sandra. We were terrified for our initial session, not knowing what to expect, but Sandra made it known that we were in a safe space with no judgment, and that we both were gonna be treated fairly and with respect.
