Rating a psychologist on a point-based, public forum by way of golden stars, a shape ubiquitous with early childhood development, is somewhat silly to me. Nonetheless, feedback is crucial when evaluating performance of any entity, be it a person or a business. Sandra Nettles and her practice is worth a waiting room filled with stars, not just the 5 max allowed here. She is challenging and easy going. She is tough and compassionate.
