worse attorney I have ever dealt with. Self centered, arrogant and stands you up - scheduled to show up at 10am and did not, placed her customer in a position to default on a seven figure closing. Did get a holiday greeting from her...soliciting my business...jajaja
She was the closing agent who did not do the job satisfactorily. Here's what she wrote: "We were the closing agent selected by the Buyer. At your realtor’s request we prepared Closing Documents for you but were not representing you in this transaction." MDWSD told me that she had to request Premise Lien Certificate and she did not because "we were not representing you in this transaction". She charged me for her services, now she claims she did not represent me?
