Love my hair both color and cut!!! Thank you!!
I went in and gave her my formula for my highlights and low lights, and left her the directions. When I went in she said yes she read and understood the directions. When she took the towel off the first time my hair was totally white and had no lowlights. I told her I could not walk out like this. She proceeded to redo my color. The 2nd time was not any better. The 3rd time she proceeded to bleach my whole head and I did not look like this at all when I walked in! I was there 3.5 hours and never paid that price before to loo... read more
