Very unprofessional office staff. they do not call your insurance because they don’t have time. They could not find me on their computer and we did not make an appointment even though they called me acting like we had one four days later. I have some of the best insurance with United healthcare that you can buy in Texas. Very unprofessional staff
I was so happy to be able to go directly to a provider on my PPO plan. The staff for this office is a roadblock. Clearly the doctor has all the patients that she needs and does not need to see any new patients. That’s fine. I’ll move along. DR. HUTCHINSON in my opinion is the most knowledgeable and capable Doctor in our area. I have seen numerous doctors in Polk and walker counties, and none compares. I greatly appreciate her and her staffs help. It's truly a miracle. Thanks to all
