Terrible experience. The front desk clerk was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed zero empathy. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. This office seriously needs better customer service.
Dr. Sandra Hernandez is the best, very knowledgeable person, polite, attentive, she gives detailed instructions on how to get better at anything that concerns our wellbeing. I surly recommend her.
Well, my words are not enough to describe how knowledgeable this doctor is, I have a severe problem to my pelvis and before her 2 doctors say no to my needs which anyway I appreciate they were honest! Dr Hernandez did a very good job, hours of surgery and s lot of post op care, she treated me like a family, she was sure I wasn't suffering too much pain , I was able to read the narrative of my surgery and I was very impressed, why? Dr. Hernandez is my Doctor as well as my Mother’s. She performed a couple of surgeries on me & currently sees my 92 yo Mother every 3 months. She is a complete professional, kind, attentive & caring. Her staff is awesome!! I also referred a coworker to Dr. Hernandez, she also became a patient, had a successful surgery & is another fan of Dr. Hernandez!!
