Did not have a positive experience at all with this firm and felt extremely taken advantage of. Was well overcharged for work that was never even done. When i asked repeatedly for a break down of what work was being done on my account monthly, I was met with crickets. They left my QuickBooks online account a disaster and then refused to fix the problem. Thankfully I was able to work with a new firm who not only helped me resolve the issue that Johnson CPA caused, but also is also half the cost while providing me an abundance... read more
