I experienced significant difficulty scheduling an appointment despite the clinic’s posted hours until 5 p.m. When I called at 4:15 p.m., I waited on hold for 15 minutes before being told that scheduling was already closed and that I’d be contacted the next day. This inconsistency in hours creates unnecessary frustration for patients. Update: When I finally received a callback to schedule my medication refill (with only four days of medication left), the appointment was unfortunately booked for the wrong date—over two weeks ... read more
