Known Sandra Funch for many years, and was happy to rent my home from her property management. Had no idea I would be dealing with her sister Sharon. When I told Sharon my stove was taking 2 1/2 hours to preheat, and was not working properly. She told me it takes 2 hrs for a stove to preheat. I'm 54 yrs old, and knew this was not true. I had to contact the owners to get a new stove, and refrigerator when they went out. She did not care, and was only there at the 1st of the month to collect rent. There's nothing good to say about these people. It will be the biggest mistake know your life if you try to rent or buy from them. Slumlords.
Definition of slumlord. They do not take care of rentals at all. They are gross and they go at everything all wrong they won't work with you. It's there way or no way. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Worst mistake of my life.
