Sandra Elis didn't listen to my concerns and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. They rushed through the appointment and made me feel like my problems weren't important. She changed my meds without even telling and never explained what she was doing. HORRIBLE experience!!!!!!! Finding me another doctor as we speak.. she speaks to you as if she is a robot and you are a slow child that doesn’t understand. I waited 3 months to be able to get an appointment with Dr Ellis because one of the workers told me she was the best even though the reviews say otherwise. She may be a good doctor as far as book smart but her beside manners is disgraceful.. I am so angry that I left work early to come here and feel belittled. 0/5 The worst PCP and doctor I’ve ever experienced. During our very first appointment, she called me a liar, which was incredibly unprofessional and upsetting. She didn’t listen to anything I had to say and acted as though she knew everything. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate care.
First off, I have never left a doctor a negative review in my life. This doctor is mean and does not care about patients at all. Dr. Ellis saw me today in lieu of my regular primary care doctor since my primary care doctor was booked out months in advance, back when I made the appointment back in July for today. She was very rude to me.
