I am SO HAPPY to report that I finally found a new dentist! After my dentist retired in early 2023, I have been on a hunt for a dentist. Thank goodness to my daughter running into my old hygienist Kristen, and Kristen giving her the info to Dr. Martin, I not only found a dentist that I can trust, but I am reunited with my hygienist, Kristen, who I absolutely LOVE! This was my dentist for over 17 years! I was charged for services that I was specifically told (and I have it in writing) that I would NOT be charged for. I wrote Ms Martin a letter to explain the situation and received a letter back today from her admitting they made a mistake however she has told me to find another dentist!! After giving this business thousands of dollars from my family going there and she does this over $100.00!!! BEWARE!!!! Especially when they tell you NO CHARGE!
