If this is the same Dr. Chern who was in the office at Retina Eye Clinic in Kennewick, WA. I would like everyone who reads this to know she is a top notch Doctor. My husband Larry Howell was her patient for well over a year when she practiced at the clinic. We miss her greatly. She was always kind and took time to inform us of what she saw happening.
