Dr Reyes is very knowledgeable relating to your thyroid, recommended me to a great surgeon and has been very helpful on adjusting my meds. Nurse was very friendly. Wish the the lab could get more help.

My husband was referred to this practice after routine blood work revealed that he had elevated thyroid antibodies. He waited 3 months for an appointment with Dr Reyes. In the less than 10 minutes she spent on the appointment, she was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive of any questions or concerns he had. She refused to order a new set of thyroid antibody labs even though it had been over 3 months since his last set of labs. They ultimately charged over $300 for this worthless 10 minute visit. I cannot emphasize enough how terrib... read more

The one star is for the lovely woman at the front desk who answers the phone. The reviews of the doctor are accurate. Dismissive, tunnel vision, unwilling to listen. It’s beyond bad beside manner. She doesn’t care about patients. If your thyroid is bulging out of your throat maybe she’s ok if you need a holistic approach, have other health issues as well, or are in early stages, forget her. I’d say forget her no matter what. Literally told me to see another doctor at least 5 times. Don’t worry, I will.

Doesn't listen to answers after asking questions at a rapid rate, choosing instead to speak over you and then get frustrated if you try to ask your own. Repeatedly asked why I was even there after I had waited months for a Stat referral from my primary. Repeating over and over that my symptoms had to correlate to my TSH levels while I repeatedly explained that they did correlate, 6 months ago. She rolls her eyes, laughs at you, sighs, and speaks to you like your an idiot. I ended up walking out of the appointment. Once I rea... read more

My primary doctor was monitoring my graves disease on a yearly basis and retired. My new doctor wanted me to be treated by an endocrinologist and sent a referral to Dr Reyes. My primary doctor called me and told me they said there was no reason to be seen. Apparently she doesn’t understand Graves’ disease and being monitored by an endocrinologist. I called the nurses line and asked for a call back to discuss, thinking there might be a misunderstanding, but she never called me back. Great first impression.
