I saw Dr. Ho regarding a new allergy. Had never seen an allergy doctor in my life up to that point. In the first appointment she was patient and kind, she told me it would be my option to choose whether or not to do a patch allergy test panel. There was some misunderstanding between us about what specific chemicals were on this panel, and after doing my own research at home I decided I wanted to do the panel after all. Not a good practice at all. Dr. Ho acts like she cares but then bills you almost $2k and then apologizes. Said she will look into it and never looks into it or gets back to you on any solution or an update. She is solely just after your money. Even after the tests, she goes oh by the way these tests aren't super accurate. It took less than 20 min and got billed $2k. Doesn't even disclose this amount. Didn’t believe a patients hypersensitive response to prescriptions she prescribed. She was proven wrong by 2 other MD’s. Stay away!
caring doctor who spent time explaining my testing results, possible treatments options. staff was nice and wait time was minimal. highly recommend!
Dr. Ho is a great doctor! She really helped me with my allergies. She is patient and will listen to you and answer any questions you have. I couldn’t recommend her more to anyone suffering like I was from food and environmental allergies. I am doing so much better because of her care. Best allergist I’ve ever met.
While this doctor is not bad, the PRACTICE is bad - I have a need to change office due to its distance and not very impressive effect. This office, I shall emphasis, the office with two allergists practicing, do not release full patient records. I was not aware of this could even be possible, certainly no disclosure that indicates they will not release full medical record. As a result, I will likely to restart the therapy. I believe GREED is the main driver.
