10/10 We have gotten outstanding service from everyone at Sandpoint Optometry for years. --I dropped my glasses off to get fixed -- because everything was loose on them and all the screws needed to be replaced -- and Amy called me back within 30 minutes to let me know they were ready. --Amy is always happy to check our insurance to give us quotes on several different frames. --The optician (whose name escapes me at the moment!) is incredibly helpful and quick getting glasses fitted on my whole family. --Dr. Whitney is great,... read more
Would absolutely recommend 10/10! Personable staff, extremely knowledgable, kind and fun! These guys are a one stop shop for all your optometry needs and make the process fun and quick.
Sandpoint Optometry is my favorite eye place! Both doctors are exceptional - professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The staff are terrific - Amy is great to help with insurance needs, Audry is an artist who lends her abilities to finding the glasses frame to be the most flattering. All in all, a great experience and I'm so happy with my prescription sunglasses and day to day glasses.
If you haven't been happy with your eye doctor or even if you have, you need to go to Sandpoint Optometry. The staff is understanding and completely professional. Whitney and Don are exceptional Doctors. Not only do they listen to your concerns but they have the experience necessary to ensure that an office visit ends in the perfect diagnosis. The frame selection is extensive and the staff excels in fitting your glasses. Over all 5 stars!!!
