Would not recommend this place at all! Messed our reservation up, then blamed it on booking.com, then kicked everyone out because of there mistakes! The rooms was a mess and not taken care of, sliding doors would lock or shut all the way and had to use a stick for a lock! Very rude to customers, just a very bad experience!! The parking sucks, not enough parking and they make you park across the street!
Staying here for a month in Unit 6C. Only have a few days left. Not looking forward to leaving. Such a great place, very clean, updated and well kept. The beds were so comfortable and there was an abundance of really comfortable pillows. The heated pool was a bonus on the colder days. Beach access is fantastic. You are right on the beach! As for the jack posts on the balconies, they were as a result of some surface damage on a few balconies but engineers have confirmed that structurally the building is safe. Nice place minor annoyances. I felt a middle school administrator ran the place. Notes posted everywhere. Parking Nazis when there was plenty of parking and my vehicle was registered with them. They just didnt look at the middle of my dash where the placard was nor are they there on the weekend to provide a parking placard. One thing to note is anyone skitish of collapsing buildings should be warned. They still have stilts supporting all the balconies. It's not terribly obstructing but does get in the way.
