I called Sandpoint Carpet Care because I was having an issue that a house guest caused. The owner was out of the country on vacation with a huge time difference. He answered the phone. Who does that. Great service. He walked me through the cleaning process. Sent me links to purchase chemicals. Monitored my project from abroad. I can’t recommend this company enough.
We had Brian do our whole upstairs, we were considering getting new carpet after 20 years of use but decided to have it cleaned first. We’re sure glad we did, it now looks brand new. I highly recommend Sandpoint Carpet Care.
By far THE BEST carpet cleaning company around!! Ive called around and been quoted by various other places and Brian at Sandpoint Carpet Care was definitely the most professional and afforable. He has excellent communication and proved to be very punctual. My carpets look like new! Would highly recommend to anyone!
We had such a great experience with Brian! He did an awesome job cleaning the carpet in our daughter’s room. We’ll definitely call him again if we need his services.
