My wife and I rented a 20’ pontoon boat today. When we arrived, the gal explained our boat had a moderate battery problem, so offered us a choice of 2 other larger boats at no extra charge. We picked out another pontoon boat. The paperwork is a bit extensive, but it’s certainly not their fault. If people would stop suing everyone for every hiccup in life, they wouldn’t have to do all that paperwork!!! From take off, to helping us at the gas dock, to the end, both young ladies were awesome. Great experience renting our Sanger boat from this team! The whole process was super simple from start to finish, and everyone was really nice to work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent a boat.
The boat was staged and ready for us promptly. The check in process took a few minutes, but was relatively painless. I'd suggest showing up 15 min early to get it out of the way rather than loose out on water time. The boat was exactly what we expected and wanted. The family absolutely loved the experience and we would definitely do again. The kids were a bit disappointed that the towable didn't come with a backrest for a seat, they had to lay on their stomachs and hold on. Rented a 23' Sanger wake surf boat over 4th of July weekend, very fair price, great customer service from Tyler, and a nice boat (only 17hrs on it). Good wave on the boat too.
This was our second time renting from them this year and both were very pleasant experiences. The boat was in great condition and the employee (sorry,forgot his name) was very helpful. He even hooked my phone up via bluetooth to get the tunes going for us! We will definitely rent from them again!
