We had our house, driveway, and walkway soft washed without incident for over $900 plus tipped him $200. Had our roof and wood fence washed at his recommendation another time for over $800 and tipped him $160. We had the grass put in a month prior so I asked would it damage the grass and he said no the chemicals are diluted so much that it would not do any damage.
