Just like everyone else shares. All Dr. O'donnell does is type into her computer and ask you questions. Never exams you. She refused to refill me prescription unless I paid her again. I have been taking my mother to this doctor for quite some time now. Every time my 81-year-old mother sits in the waiting room for an hour and a half or more. She complains to them but it seems like the doctor is always running late. I'm sitting in the parking lot now and it has been 2 hours waiting for my mother. Greetings, unfortunately I had a bad customer service experience. I was scheduled for an appointment for 8:30am. The appointment was changed to 10:00 am (not so much disappointed with the appointment change) I am more disappointed with the way I was welcomed, I was informed “new patients should not be scheduled for morning appointments” I feel new patients or any patient should not be received this way by the front desk staff. I totally felt not welcomed. Thank you.

So I am one of those people that got discharged from her office also. There was no reason, however, they have in the past falsely billed my insurance company and I called them out on it. The new office manager was not professional, would not give you any answers, and continued to act like it was not their fault. They just wanted the money.
