She takes time to listen and is good at educating the patient. The office runs a little slow because she does take time. I just know not to arrive early.
Just like everyone else shares. All Dr. O'donnell does is type into her computer and ask you questions. Never exams you. She refused to refill me prescription unless I paid her again. Then sent me a letter that she was dropping me as a doctor. Like I would every go back to her. I have been with Dr. O'donnell's office for several years and am very happy with my care. I see Jessica and she is exceptional. It is the first time I have ever felt like my primary caregiver actually cares about me and my health. I knew I liked this practice when I was sitting in the exam room listening to the sounds of the staff in the hall way. I heard laughter and happy voices offering to help their coworkers. I have been taking my mother to this doctor for quite some time now. Every time my 81-year-old mother sits in the waiting room for an hour and a half or more. She complains to them but it seems like the doctor is always running late. I'm sitting in the parking lot now and it has been 2 hours waiting for my mother.
