Beautiful old community
BUYERS and REALTORS BEWARE! As a local Realtor, I showed my buyers a townhome back in February. Price was in 280's. My buyers were ready and willing to place a deposit that day. The sales agent said they weren't accepting deposits on that particular building yet, hopefully the following month. We were told the price would go up a couple thousand dollars every few sales. I followed up with the sales agent several times and each time that time period of accepting a deposit was further and further away. Finally about a week ago... read more
