On several occasions, I received poor service from their staff. I asked why I should pay more than I had paid on several occasions for the same service, and the response was that I should find another vet and that they would send the medical records. I think that's how they treat clients. They made me feel very bad. I will never return. Look for other vets who value their clients. I highly recommend Sandown Vet Clinic; their exceptional animal care and welcoming environment are noteworthy. My staffy has received excellent treatment there on multiple occasions, and the staff consistently demonstrates respect. I appreciate their dedication to my dog's well-being and their thoroughness in addressing her health concerns.
We recently said goodbye to our much loved 20 year old black kitty, “Mirra”. The high level of care and support for her (and our other late kitty) over the many years, first from Dr Jess, and later Dr Rasika, was very much appreciated. Thank you to the entire team, including all the nurses over the years who tended to her needs and the lovely reception staff. Thank you Alastair for your patience and understanding that weekend.
Whenever there has been an emergency with our pets we have been helped by the wonderful staff at Sandown Vet Clinic. For example today I found a baby possum on the grass of our backyard. I thought she was gone because it was a cold night so I gently stroked her and she moved!! I got in the car and took the little one to Sandown and was immediately helped by the lovely nurses.
