Great level of service and communication in a time sensitive movement of a frozen straw Interstate shipment. Sam dealt with the situation explained over the phone very well, I stressed the importance of time from the beginning and will admit I can be difficult to deal with when something is required urgently. Dr Diishan is amazing! Booked an emergency last min consult for bleeding related disorder for my kitten - he diagnosed it as a burst abscess in a second & provided amazing treatment!!! So relieved!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!
