Wayne, his son and grandson, just did the floors in our house. We had existing Brazilian Cherry Hardwood in our livingroom and dining room. They were able to match and run it into our kitchen and mudroom. This is a house from 1910's with very uneven floors to start, and they were able to tie it all in together seamlessly and somehow make the floors even. Sandover Floors did an exceptional job on resurfacing our old hardwood floors. Our old hardwood floors had a lot of wear-and-tear, but the Sandover’s made them look brand new while maintaining the vintage aesthetic that we wanted to keep. If we could give a higher rating we would! We love our new floors!
Just had our entire main floor sanded and stained. The level of work was absolutely outstanding and would highly recommend this company. Exceeded all expectations and the cleaning was remarkable. They have the experience and expertise of decades and it shows. Definitely 10/10 and I rarely say that in reviews.
Wayne of Sandover Floors did an excellent job on the hardwood flooring for our renovation. He sanded out the dark stain on the existing floor, and integrated new quarter sawn oak for the remainder of the main floor. Wayne’s experience and expertise was evident from start to finish. He matched and extended the dark inlay around the edge of the floor, and moved the corner blocks to make the added square footage look like it had always been part of the 1950’s flooring. Amazing!
