Very dissapointing. Parking while secure was extremlu tight. Shower alcove was groty, unusable, worst I've come across in my travels. Both front and back door had a gap at the bottom of an inch to inch and a half. The tropical garden infront of units looked nice but not maintained, with us having to push big palm branch aside that hung across path infront of our door. Staff seemed put out by a simple question. Without going on and I could, I'd just advise you give this place a miss. We will not be going back.

Terrible experience – booking lost and no help from staff I booked a room over a month before staying, at Sanford Motel Mildura through a third-party site and received confirmation, and payment deducted from my bank. But when I arrived, I was told there was no record of my booking. The management were abrasive and unhelpful, showing no interest in resolving the issue. I was simply told it wasn’t their problem. I called to confirm the booking while driving and realised I had booked the wrong day. Not a problem was squeezed and given a discount on the last, larger room that was required. Excellent service with breakfast and nice clean rooms.
