Our practice is dedicated to caring for all your needs-from providing a convenient location to handling your insurance claims. We participate in many insurance plans and your claims will be handled by our highly trained staff. Eye insurance is different. Many plans do not cover ROUTINE EYE CARE or REFRACTION (measurement of glasses). All patients must contact their insurance prior to their appt to determine their coverage and whether a referral is required.

I promise if there was a 0 star, that's what I would've chosen. 'Dr'. Earl does not deserve a medical license. I'm not even sure how he got qualified for one, as he is completely useless and does absolutely nothing for his patients except give vague advice, dismiss their complaints, and basically tell them to go see another doctor. He's disrespectful and he is rude to women. I wish I never used his 'services' as he didn't even do anything for us but keeps harassing us about a bill about an insurance misunderstanding. I should have listened to the other reviews and cancelled my appointment. He cut me off and did not want to hear about my eye problems. I did not get the chance to explain what has been bothering me for months. It was a negative experience. At least the receptionist was nice.
Dr. Sandor was rude and dismissive. He would not listen to the patient when he was trying to explain his problem. He works at Hackensack, Hospital and he is the only doctor there that we experienced that was not wonderful. All the other doctors at the hospital were incredible but Doctor Sandor was terrible and had no bedside manner.
Total crook. Went in for a problem with eye twitch and dry eye. Submitted to insurance as routine visit. Asked for my paper work and refused until I pay $232! For nothing. Waste of time. Would not go here ever again. Unprofessional. Oh and they though I was on hold as they bad mouthed me. Great Dr just great
Doctor Sandor was unresponsive and was not willing to help a pediatric patient by seeing them in the Emergency Room. Dr. Sandor was the on-call physician when I brought my son in this past weekend. The Emergency Room called him around 9:00 AM on Sunday. He determined that it was not necessary for him to see the patient even though the emergency room staff could not help the patient. Not what I expect of a doctor associated with a best in class hospital.
Business response:
This patient developed symptoms three days prior to his emergency room visit. At the time of his visit, the patient was asymptomatic and without physical signs of any problem and so no treatment was indicated. The parent was instructed to bring the child to my office the following morning for evaluation. It is unclear why the patient had such a long delay in medical evaluation before appearing in the Emergency room and why followup instructions were ignored.
Marie at reception is wonderful and helpful. Dr. Sandor is lovely, has a great bedside manner and diagnosed my problem quickly and accurately. Highly recommended.
