I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with this office. Due to an error on their end—one they failed to communicate with me—I was not only blamed for the mistake but also treated with complete disrespect. Instead of acknowledging their oversight, I was yelled at as if it were my fault. To make matters worse, they canceled my colonoscopy without informing me, while I was already in prep. There aren't enough words to express how grateful I am for the care and patience I received from Dr. Sandona. Two days before my 38th birthday, back in April, I found a small lump.
