Our room was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. The room was large, and the bathroom was a decent size. My one complaint is with parking. I am currently experiencing mobility issues. I specifically requested handicapped parking, as long distances are not possible for me. I was told there were two stalls on the P1 level. However, both stalls were small and did not have extra room to accommodate those who require mobility devices. Your Senior's Concierge, had a client staying at the Sandman in Downtown Calgary and the staff was extremely supportive. They went the extra mile in being understanding and providing as much support as they could as well as going above and beyond the call of duty. I would absolutely put my clients in this hotel again, without any hesitation.
