We called Sandman Associates to stabilize our bowing cinder block walls in our basement, July 2024. Chris and Tom installed support beams and grouted the existing cracks in a very detailed, meticulous manner. Chris and his team have done an excellent job with multiple projects for me. We had flooding on the first floor of our house and they replaced the floors, graded the yard, and added a drainage system that evacuates water from our yard. Chris's attention to detail is exceptional, and I feel very confident in the work that Sandman Associates performed. Will definitely be calling again!
Sandman Associates did a wonderful job completing my project. He took the time to do everything correctly, measuring, leveling, etc. I will definitely call him again with any new projects.
Our company worked on a project through sandman and associates and felt that the lead guy Chris was very knowledgeable. His company I would personally give a strong recommendation due to his knowledge and experience. Especially working on many other commercial projects he gives more of a residential quality on the work that him and his subs produce.
Leaving a review 6 months later… Chris and his team replaced some beam support posts in our basement. We are still so happy with the results! Very glad we went with SAI.
