Worst experience of our lives. We waited a full 2YEARS to have our home completed. While other builders were completing homes within 8 months, we were left out to dry and wonder why we had to wait so long. Excuse after excuse - due to whatever reason they could come up with as to why there were so many delays. Our home had so many issues during the build and again, it was due to (put excuse here). I would not recommend any friend or family to buy Sandlin. It was a very disappointing experience as a first time home buyer.

I closed in November 2022 and i worked with Eric, Thank god my process was smooth with no major concerns and Eric did a pretty good job from start to finish. Thank you!

I live in Prarie Oaks and been living there for a year and a half, I live in a area where there's lots of Sandlin homes been built and my friend bought a home from Sandlin and closed 4 months after us and her house is still under construction which is across the street from our home we have seen Sandlin start and finish at least 10 houses 2 3 4 even 5 months after my friends home and the home owners have already moved in,I have never in my life seen or heard anyone been treated like this before ,Sandlin is the worst , that's... read more
