People there sold me a strap telling me it was 22 mm when it was 20 mm. It did not fit and was loose and sure enough my bel canto classic watch fell off and the grade 5 titanium bezel now has a chipped bezel. I had to go somewhere else to get a strap that fits. Sandler people care more about sales than being professional and doing the right thing. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone.
