Better off booking on your own. These idiots don't know how travel works. My company uses them and I do not have a choice in the matter. Multiple times they have booked flights with insufficient layover time to change planes, or don't leave room for the possibility of delays, and generally don't know the areas we ask them to book, unless it is the North East US.
