First experience my husband and I had there was great and we were really excited to have such a great resource nearby. For our last trip we had tried to go through them and they told us the cheapest flight from Hartford to Myrtle Beach was $900/pp , one way! In the age of Google and a million other travel sites you can't try convincing customers that the cheapest flight is $900 when there are tickets for $46 to $300. It could just have been the woman we spoke with, but consumers be aware.
Went there today. Only to discover an empty office - no people, no furniture. So Sanditz Travel Agency doesn't exist at this location. The signpost is there, but the office is empty.
This is my personal experience with Sanditz Travel and Ms. Liistro. In March 2021, I used my Visa credit card to put a down payment on a trip with Sanditz Travel through Ms. Liistro. In April 2021, after not receiving responses to my inquiries, I decided to cancel the booking for my vacation and requested a refund. Ms. Liistro complied and provided me with my full refund.
