Great Doctor great staff.
I had a very negative experience with Dr. Segaram. When I reached out with valid concerns about my treatment, he reacted with hostility, raising his voice and accusing me of calling too much (I called twice) despite the fact that I was simply trying to clarify my diagnosis and understand my prescribed medication. His response was dismissive and unprofessional, screaming “if you don’t like the medicine then don’t take it!” leaving me feeling taken aback and disrespected. Rude, old gatekeeper that doesn't listen to patients and acts like he can fix everything. Refuses care for patients from specialists and is often wrong with his diagnosis. He tells me he needs to manage my mammogram because he knows more than my female ob/gyn and he's in charge of my health, but literally won't listen or help. Lol. Beware.
Great Doctor, he's been our family Doctor for last 10 years.
